Beta prototype
Ask the Health Hub assistant.
A safe first version of the Lady Talk Matters assistant for plain-English menstrual health and endometriosis education. It helps users learn, prepare questions and find relevant resources.
What this prototype can do
This first assistant is deliberately narrow. It gives educational answers, suggests resources, helps users prepare for conversations, and reminds users when to speak to a trusted adult or healthcare professional.
- Explain period and endometriosis topics in plain English
- Suggest what to track before an appointment
- Offer questions to ask a GP, doctor or specialist
- Point users to the most relevant beta resources
Safety boundaries
The assistant does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend individual treatment, assess emergency symptoms, or replace clinical care.
For urgent, severe or worrying symptoms, users should contact appropriate medical services. Young users should speak to a trusted adult where possible.
Interactive demo
Prototype assistant
This static beta uses approved demo responses and topic routing. A production version should connect to a governed AI backend, approved content library, moderation logs and safety checks.
Approved content only
The live assistant should answer from Lady Talk Matters approved content, reviewed resources and safe response patterns.
Built-in signposting
Questions about severe symptoms, distress, young users or uncertainty should trigger clear signposting and safe language.
Improve from real questions
Unanswered questions should be logged for review and turned into resources, FAQs or improved assistant answers.
